welcome to the website of our gym. In the following article we will try to answer any potential questions about EfectFit that you might have and give you as much information about us as possible. Most trainers at EfectFit offer personal trainings in English.
The only possible way to train at our gym is with a personal trainer. This ensures a high level of comfort and privacy to all our clients.
There are several types of personal trainings, but mostly we focus on:
- Functional trainings – using mostly your body weight in a very interactive way
- Strength training– using free weights and your own bodyweight (pull ups, bench press, squats, deadlifts…)
- CoreBody trainings – focusing on core body muscles that help to avoid or reduce back pain
- GolfFit – specialized workout that helps golf players improve their playing skills
- ThaiBox– combination of thaibox and high intensity workout in addition with one-on-one sparing
- BabyFit- special workouts for new mommies and their babies, trainer works as babysitter as well
- Physiotherapy- we help clients recover whether from injuries or surgeries.
- Massages- at EfectFit we offer several types of massages such as classical, reflex or sports.
- SM system- training sessions focused on recovery or prevention of back pain.
There is NO MEMBERSHIP FEE at our gym, and we offer a discount if you buy 10 trainings in advance.
The best possible way to introduce you to our gym would be by trying it out yourself. We offer the first training FOR FREE- no strings attached!
